How can I do my stadium like this ?

I have a good question. So I tested this tactic with my third year with Wisla Krakow, I had the right players, and I won the league and the polish cup, with amazing performances and it was a massive improovment from last season's 14 place. My question is: if this system is built around inverted players, since the left side is more attacking and the right more defensive and supportive, is it better to play a Box to box midfielder which is right footed at the left rather than a left footed BBM, so he cuts inside and scores with his right foot? What about the Roaming Playmaker, does he also have to be left footed or is it better to have him right footed in order to support the rest of the team at the right? And finally, if the mentality is overload, isn't it better to play with a more fast tempo and a creative mindset to destroy your opponents, or is it just too attacking?
