We have made a good start to season 3 with Sheffield in the ultimate road to glory however the midfield balance is off so I need to fix it I want the game revolving around my DLP If you have enjoyed the Football Manager 26 video then please check out the Patreon ⬇️ For all Tactic download, files and weekly bonus FM26 tactic videos.. FM loves a double pivot, I love a double pivot too
The tactic today is very similar to what I used to build in FM23 and FM24
Buddy this story is really glueing me to YouTube. Another great piece. Congrats!
treq, out of contest. But is better to build a tactic around the players, or adapt the players to my tactic? ancelotti vs pep type of managment
Pirlo would be a Regista in old FM terms 👼🏻
I love this story, I look forward to every new video. Regarding the DLP—that's been driving me absolutely insane too. I really miss the good old 'DLP-Defend' from FM24, but then again, a lot of things are missing in general. In FM26, I’ve had the best results so far when the player traits actually match what you want to see from the player. In this case: 'Comes Deep To Get Ball, Dictates Tempo, Stays Back At All Times.' Otherwise, it usually doesn't work out as intended. Especially in a double pivot, the DLP sometimes roams around like a headless chicken even though you don't want him to, leaving huge gaps in the middle.
i am always making small changes to a tactic throughout the season, i feel as it helps with the mid season slumps
Nah , unless i'm Pep or a manager that is obsessed with perfection i will not one of those ones that change a winning tactic Matty 😉
Think every time I'm using wingbacks/fullbacks for width I've used stay wider and cross from byline. Otherwise, they think they're box crashing midfielders hitting the half spaces
Any chance of a tactic that gets the best from a playmaking winger? One role I can’t get working no matter how I build the team
