I think that if Daulton Varsho doesn't improve his offence by July, I would not lose any sleep if he were traded away before the deadline. He hasn't lived up to expectations since he arrived in 2023. Myles Straw can handle the position along with Nathan Lukes.
All the returning team members will only help this team. That said, we still need to get our offence to average 5 runs a game, as our starters are not matching up favourably against most other teams so far. Remember when it was all doom and gloom after we got swept by the Chisox? It seems they're a good team after all. Message to Vlad: Be a difference maker, not another Luis Arraez.
I think Lenyn Sosa has more upside than Davis Schneider.
