We replaced Salah by signing Wirtz and isak
Brilliant to see Josh Williams on this. Rate his opinion very highly
Great to see Josh on the Athletic, would love to see more of him!
Glad you got josh on here. He's boss
Good to see Josh on here.
Likes for Josh Williams!❤
Great to see Josh on The Athletic! I’m a big fan of his work 🙌🏿.
Ekitike, Isak, and Wirtz are our Salah replacements. What we are really lacking pace outside of Ekitike and a fully fit Isak on the wings to make space for the strikers. Wouldn’t hurt to get someone that can cross more consistently like Trent and Robbo used to
Yes, Josh.
We need 1v1 monsters and pace in wide areas. Diomande and another. Wirtz in behind Isak
they got josh on the pod, man likkkkke
love Josh. More Josh pls :)
6:57 genuine question. Should those photos be blurred out?
Let's fail to mention that our buildup play and fitness are very poor, the players no longer press and players look gassed after 60mins. If we fail at such fundamentals, no amount of new players will improve us, at it starts at coaching.
if Slot stays, I'm tuning out, Slot ball puts me to sleep, it is so boring to watch, it is as bad as Arteta's football.
Great show and the guy hosting it was brilliant. It makes a change listening to level-headed conversations about Liverpool's future rather than hysterical YouTubers who are just looking for clicks. Thanks, Lads 🙂
Liverpool spent about €400 million on forwards last summer. They should already have Salah's replacement.
Isak gets few touches because we are playing shit Virgil fucking around passing back to the keeper all the time too scared to make a pass forward winning games papering over the cracks
I've never listened to this podcast before, but I really enjoyed it. There was some fair and sensible takes where as it has often been a bit too much blame game from Liverpool fans this season. So this was a breath of fresh air in a struggling season for all involved. Let's go Reds.
You don't.... you replace his goals in the aggregate. Liverpool's front line generates 55ish goals per EPL season. Isak gives you 20 in a full season. So you need 35 more goals from the rest of your front line attacking players. Diomande could arguably give you 10 to 15...So you need 20ish more goals from your left wing and backup striker.
