I just rebuilt my ng+7 character to be a lightning build with the option to use bleed (I'm over lvl 500 so there's plenty of points) and it's shocking how much better it is then pretty much everything. I've stopped using bleed altogether because I just don't need it unless it's for something specific like Consort Radahn.

Lightning builds are really underrated. I'm currently doing a Sasuke Uchiha build and focusing on Fire and Lightning damage and it's really powerful.
