They act like they did nothing but they know exactly what they did and then try and make you feel like the bad guy and gaslight you without you realizing it and then when it’s all said and done, you already have the damage and the one of the reasons why you have trust issues. -lied to me -used me -told me to break up with my ex cuz she was "cheating" only to get with her 3 days later -made fun of my insecurities -tried to make my friends hate me -accused me of wanting my ex back (while I was in a new relationship) -told ex-crush to date me for 10 bucks. Betrayal always happens from the closest of friends

Sometimes friendships end and everyone is a bit at fault. What I always find shitty though, is when they demand you change or do better, but you’re supposed to allow them to continually make the same mistakes. And when you call out those mistakes and how it hurt you, not trying to take away from their own pain, they flip it & revoke their apologies. That’s how you know they weren’t sorry. They were sorry they were called out & will spend the rest of their lives in denial or justifying their actions
