Sorry but if my kid goes to your house and then you take their phone and lock it away so my kid subsequently cannot contact me immediately/ vice versa, I would never let them back there. And would automatically assume that one or both of the parents in that household had bad intentions. Trust nobody!

If my cousin’s mom took my phone my mom would have said that I couldn’t go back to my cousin’s house because my mom would be livid But my cousin mom sometimes takes away our phones at night, but my mom knew and she was OK with it because if I wanted to come home, I could still grab my phone and call my mom
