You've reached the end
"Cooking while sad" series pls 🙏🏿 On a real note: I've been on and off medications for anxiety and depression for a few years now. I can relate.

I will say, a psychiatrist who diagnoses AND a psychologist who helps understand my brain and feelings more, has helped me more than a therapist ever has. I’m also telling myself not to feel crappy about having to go back to any of them. ADHD meds have saved my life but it truly takes the right psychiatrist (someone who has clear interest in female adhd for example) as it’s soooo easy to misdiagnose the wrong meds and wrong dosage. Glad you’re getting help one way or another cause it truly feels hard af to continually reach out for help. Eventually it always helps though 💁♀️
My inspiration every day is you.
yes! i’ve been cooking most of my meals for about a month and it has helped me SPRING back into life. my shine is coming back so i sincerely hope the same for you. its a massive form of self care ❤
Subscribed. Mind you, this is my first impression of you. 10/10
zen hugs izzy i've serious depression and live with many people/family not understanding great fit and look
Where’d you get that dress?
B12 w/ D3 is probably what you really need. don't listen to these people that say drugs are the way to go. try vitamins and natural ways to combat depression and anxiety. anyways, do great and be great!
So like... If you're one percent better every day...what happens after 100 days? Are you two times better than then? Does the percentage never end? Now I'm sad and confused...keep pushing though
You look good, don't be sad and beautiful happy
