It’s World Mental Health Week And every year I do a video to try and get people talking about it This year I’ve told my story, bits of it at least, BECASUE every year I like to do my bit If anyone watches it and then does something about their mental health as a result then I’ve done something good And that’s all that matters #worldmentalhealthweek

❤ Thanks for sharing Talking is the hardest thing ♥️
Humans can be broken, then you realise how fragile Life is.
Well done Tone! What works for me is the realization that it’s not about me! There is always someone who is worse off and can benefit from my presence! Here are some words we should all live by: “Never look down upon someone unless you are helping them up”.

Hey Tone. Love your heart for people. Yes, I have been there.
You're doing well. I'm still in the doldrums but on the way up. For anyone struggling with issues, get help, I'm glad I did.
Appreciate this Tone, much needed, Your doc is better than mine 😅 😢I'm where you were,, and trying to get to where you are, thanks bud
G'day Tony, Thanks for sharing mate, very similar story here. All started back in 2001 with the realisation I was struggling, saw psychiatrist, was prescribed SSRIs, took about a year to clear the mind fog but still something wasn't right. I was struggling until unceremoniously sacked from my job in 2011 after the death of my mother, then I was able to get some cognitive behavioural therapy or CBT in 2012. Took until 2016 to get more specific help for conditions I didn't even know I had since childhood, was very sceptical but went with it until CV19 ruined the support network with mandatory mRNA jabs which ofc I wasn't having any of that vile vial. To this day I still struggle with some aspects of my MH but they are a little easier to deal with even though I've lost much faith in the Medical profession, I just keep on keeping on all by my self now.
Well said Tony, Its bloody hard to keep pretending that everything is ok all of the time, When all you want to do is just sit by yourself & not speak to anyone, Trying to be your normal self that is the happy go lucky cheeky sod, Its damm hard to keep it up, So well done for all you have done for everyone,
