Steph I can relate with you on having fibromyalgia. Its no fun to have. I do enjoy watching your videos. For me it's relaxing for ne. I know some days are worse than others when we have a physical disability, I myself I need to keep moving as much as I can.

Here in England, and I’m guessing also in Scotland, you can borrow a perching seat from your community loans service to see if it helps. You probably need an occupational therapist to refer you so you could ask about it at your next medical appointment. They might have ideas about other equipment that you might find helpful.
