you might have some food intolerances Lucy in regards to your skin as I had terrible issues with my skin then got a food intolerance test and cut the things out and now have clear skin , look into it xx

Regarding your skin, I would definitely try Roaccutane especially if your acne is cystic. It is a b***h of a medication but it transforms your skin. I've been on it twice and cannot recommend it enough but make sure to do some research on it :) lots of love! x

this cheered me up and I feel you about the lockdown rules, I'm a student in Edinburgh so currently locked down in halls and it's so shit but so lucky to have friends and fam calling me every day to keep me sane. Look into Dermatica for your skin - I swear I had tried EVERYTHING and just thought ok it won't work but it's worth a shot, its a prescription service so your skin is reviewed by a dermatologist. It took a month to work but now my skin is clear it's amazing and about £10 a month x

Worth getting an antibiotic medication prescribed by the doctor, not harsh like roaccutane but still works - think I had one called lymecycline and it definitely helped
