I wonder how much the shipping damage affected the lose cable. Seems like a well designed unit, shame it got damaged.
I firmly believe that you have the best battery reviews and analysis on YouTube but as an electrician I'm watching you yank on those terminals and thinking "yeah, thats what happens". High end commercial grade 8awg with crimp on ends are only rated at 90lbs direct pull force. Not saying this couldn't be improved but a side to side yanking motion is not a good metric for their power conducting abilities

I’ve seen a couple other videos on this one. I figured there had to be a catch. Still seems light years ahead of what cheaper batteries used to look like. But definitely could use some tweaking.
Follow-up video please to let us know if they will take this unit back.
Amazon packages over 50 pounds are *supposed* to be delivered by Amazon XL, with 2 person team & bigger trucks. I have never seen one of these. But 100 pound boxes only need to be dropped/thrown ONCE in the delivery chain for (often hidden) damage to occur.
Now $699.
for 650 bucks I would open the battery and snug the connectors. I can totally live with a 50A limit.

Yep. I got that the other week. It works great and a bargain, it has features that are found in more expensive batteries.

Wiggling the loose wire out of the breaker terminal is a feature.
None of mine had shipping damage. The battery bus bars did not look like that when I popped the top.
