People are still going to buy bumper cases to protect the edges. Anyway, i can never understand this fascination for thinnest phones? I like phones to feel sturdy and comfortable in the hand, not fragile like a piece of glass. I wish they'd introduce another layer of battery as a welcome compensation for the thickness. Also these bezel-free edges look like they may trigger off unintentional gestures or swipes. Last thing i need.

Reinventing the mobile phone 😂😂😂 I had my first and last round edged screen 10 years ago.
As a former owner of an iPhone 11 Pro couldn’t feel anything but contempt for rounded edges. IT IS NOT ergonomic, I don’t know how many times slipped from my hand felt to the ground. I was able to see the advantages when I changed for an iPhone 15 and then again for the best iPhone 17 ever.

Vibrating screen tech isn’t new! I remember Sony TVs having that feature on some of their models when I worked at Best Buy almost 10 years ago. Glad to see it’s getting ready to go mainstream
I could care less about longer battery life, I just want a display that won't dim under strong sunlight and heat!
