This year I’m incredibly lucky to be taking both Marge and Jam to the Badminton Grassroots Championships, so I thought I would bring you along for a full week in my life and show you exactly what the last few days of preparation actually look like. From galloping, to training sessions, to jumping, this is very much a real, behind the scenes look at how I get the horses ready. Every day is slightly different, and everything is tailored to each individual horse. Listening to how they feel, adjusting the plan, and trying to get them to peak at exactly the right time. It’s one of those weeks where there’s a lot of thinking involved. Knowing when to push, when to back off, and trusting the work that has already been done. There’s no perfect formula, just doing the best for each horse and hoping it all comes together on the day. One thing that has genuinely helped me stay on top of everything this week is the Equiniser app. When you’ve got multiple horses, different plans, and a lot to keep track of, it makes such a difference having everything organised in one place. You can plan your riding, track management and care tasks, and move things around easily depending on how the horses feel day to day. I love that you can drag and drop sessions like gallops, schooling, or rest days onto a calendar, and keep notes on each horse as you go. It’s basically replaced the need for whiteboards and scribbled notes everywhere, and makes it so much easier to keep everything clear in a busy week like this. This video is a proper look at the lead up to a big event. The good, the slightly stressful, and everything in between. Badminton is just around the corner now, and I could not be more excited. Will we get to see the Winnie eventing vlog? I get it if there just aren’t enough hours in the day but would still love to see it!

Even though I know you're a beautiful rider, seeing you leg yield quite so magnificently really emphasised your magic that we don't often see! Wow. Another great video and I cannot wait for the Badminton vlog!!
Congrats on placing 4th with jam🎉.

You did very well getting a fourth place with Jam, shame about Marge though! 💜
Watching you girls in that beautiful arena not only jam looks topfit, but you also seem to be very fit at the moment. Good work both of you!
Is there a badminton vlog ?
I’m excited!!! For you!! ❤❤❤
I saw the results. Congrats on Jam, who placed 4th, no small matter at Badminton. I saw Marge's dressage scores, but can't tell whether you withdrew her due to the dressage score or if she was injured. I hope she is ok.
What’s goat hack 😅?
Omg those gallops are what dreams are made of
That head collar when you’re doing the raised poles looks so good on Jam!
