Fun fact: touch screens work based on electrical conduits. So you could use something like a sausage, a wire... A crab pincer. For totally unrelated reasons.

It's not a bug when you only get to choose one perk. In order to get the ability to splice, you need to have the following: 1: Have unlocked at least 2 perks aside from the starting one 2: ****Reach at least the first boss on your previous run**** 3: Be playing on regular (non challenge) mode. According to the devs.

My favorite British man! 😂 Sidenote: Spiff I quit drinking coffee because of you it messes with my hydration when I drink it now because I've been getting back in shape again so now I just drink tea for the most part now. No I'm sorry it's not Yorkshire they don't sell it locally where I'm at I've been drinking Earl Grey Black tea.
The thing about XP upgrades in games like these is that you can't just think about "ooh, bonus XP" because as you say there is a finite time to acquire that XP. If your XP bonus is 1% and you WASTED a whole level to gain that, you need another HUNDRED levels just to break even.
