The Mantis speedboost might not be as strong as you're anticipating. I believe most heroes have a default move speed of 600 with some exceptions (like Thor and Hulk move a little faster by default, I think 650) so +100 speed is only like 17% move speed boost. It'll definitely make a difference for mobile dive heroes but it's not like its doubling move speed like I think you initially read it as.
HUGE buff or Star-Lord! TEN EXTRA BULLETS in the clip is crazy. He already had one of the best primary fires in the game with his instant flip/reload, and now he can do even more damage more often. I didn’t think he needed a buff but I'll take it of course. He's been one of the most consistently good duelists in the history of this game and now he's even better, its crazy. Might be banned more in ranked.
The only buff I wanted for WF was to give her a little more reach. You practically have to be INSIDE and enemy to cut them
For White Fox, buffing her passive healing in her melee form is actually really good and something I wanted. Because before, it felt like if you weren't attacking enemies directly, you almost had to have another Strategist or a health pack nearby unless you wanted to teleport back which defeats the purpose of the passive healing. Definitely interested to see the difference.

100 movement speed boost means +1 meter per second, not double movement speed. for example, all heroes have 600 base movement speed (6m/s) except for Thor that has 650 base movement speed (6.5m/s). TLDR: Mantis speed boost increases movement speed by 1 meter per second.
