I remember a time when I thought blue, purple, and gold engrams were the most beautiful in game items I had ever seen. That glow man!

I remember when D2 launched 9 years ago and you have no abilities or gear yet in the beginning. You go to The Farm and there were like 30 other guardians all in the same lobby, some playing soccer.... Good times man.

Warframe reworked New Player on boarding missions about 5 to 6 times. Destiny Sunset/removed the DLC's/Campaigns that people paid for. Imagine removing bridge that introduces new players to the game, get them familiar with the Game Characters and somewhat attach them to the game through either the gameplay, lore, character design. You burn the chapter 1,2,3 and then expect people to pick up the book and start reading from chapter 4. 🤦‍♂️

We need a destiny 3, but instead of it being a continuation of our current guardian, we create a new slate, with a new main character, one born in darkness fighting to find the light while also taking on the new forces of the darkness, and the winnower’s next blade.

I think the mods need to change Cross' account names to Generic Guardian 1. 😆

My friend recently bought the legacy collection while it was on sale. While it’s been insanely fun and he likes the game, the big thing for him is how confusing the story is. A big part of this isn’t just the old DLCS/Red War being gone, but also the seasonal stories. When he gets to Final Shape, it’ll be the first time he’s interacted with Crow or with Mithrax. Caitl and Osiris will come out of nowhere for Lightfall while being treated as established characters. It’s honestly really overlooked just how important some of the seasonal questlines were, and makes me think that they should’ve found a way to integrate some way to experience either a summarized version or the whole questline, not just a little blurb on the timeline.

While I was doing final shape last month, NO ONE was online for final shape besides excision.

Destiny 1 been growing the last few weeks. It was 3am and the tower had a decent amount of people on😊

I remembered being slaughtered in that array mission, over and over again in d1. Lmao Destiny was amazing, I hope one day we get to experience something similar in the future.

The last time D2 blew me away, was Forsaken. I remember exotics were still rare. I remember doing an eater of worlds run, and I used 2 tailed fox, which half the people in the raid group hadn't ever even seen in the flesh. One other dude was using.... Black talon? Now they drop 2 exotics with a new season. One I get instantly from the battle pass, then the second one I just do an hour of story missions and it gives that to me, and that's it. For many many years, D2 was my favorite game of all time. 9k hours. Everything I loved that I feel nostalgic for is gone. Calus is gone, Spire of stars, gone. Leviathan, Gone. Red war, with Ghaul, Gone. Original Whisper, Gone. The pyremidian, Gone. The infinite forest, Gone. The cool waves on the oil tanker on Titan, Gone. Escelation protocol, Gone. All the cool collectables on Mars, the orange diamonds, Gonel. The Menagerie, Gone. Crown of sorrow, Gone. Checking the DCV, there is even more I forgot about. The farm, where you could play soccer, Gone. Reckoning, Gone. Black Armory forges, Gone. Countless nightfalls are gone. SO MANY ORIGINAL EXOTIC QUESTS. Rat king, Sturm and drang (I mained them for a long time in the early years), Mida, Legend of Acrius, Sleeper, Polaris lance, Ace, Last word, Lemonarque, Jotunn, Izinagi, THORN, Lumina, Bad Juju. To name a few ALLLLL GOOONEEEE Like, literally, the game I loved is gone. Now all we got is the portal 🤢, Fireteam Ops 🤢.... that's like it. Just tried to find Kepler, I have to click edge of fate in the portal, which brings me to the game timeline? Then I have to click on edge of fate, then the planet, then it brings me to Kepler????? Game blows now smh. Never played nor will play marathon. Its literally just a looter shooter but I loose all my shit, and pvp. My least favorite things ever. I shall forever mourn the loss of early Destiny 2 :C
