He had a chance to catch the ball out of bounds. One foot out before the catch would suffice. The result would give the Steelers the ball on the 40-yard line.

He could’ve caught the ball out of bounce that would’ve put them at the 40 yard line but he toe tapped perfectly that lost them 31 yards
That guy was not coached up properly. Yet, he gave his all to concentrate on making a difficult catch... Effort was there. Thats bad coaching. Tomlin should be mad that his Sp/tm coaches didn't preach that.
