It’s also form, the guy before him went high, he stood up. Watch Washington stay low, maintain his power, hits it low and drives up. The first guy hits it so high he has to put his elbows on it in attempt to maintain control, if that’s a DT to LB he’s are getting tossed. Technique matters.
