Iraola got a system, identity, and modern ball philosophy already polished. Carrick got potential, but United need a architect right now, not another ‘give him time’ project.

I'm not confident at all heading into the UCL n Prem w/ Carrick and Holland at the wheel. Yes they've made us more "compact" and more defensive, but this is not a style of play that'll win us major trophies next season. The major red flag is Carrick praises players like Mount, Shaw, Maguire and Dalot, basically all the players holding the team back. We need a manager who brings a high work rate, pressing and exciting attacking football, all I'm witnessing with Carrick is just "vibes, sit back deep and hope we score". And if we want to win major trophies, Amad n Mbeumo must be bench players. If not Iraola, then get Ancelotti out of Brazil.

Bournemouth were successful before irolia with Eddie hoew and they will be successful after irolia because they have a smart recruitment system it's not because of manager ( irolia) it's the same with Brighton ...
