the argument of "need to be proven winner" is just stupid, like Van Gaal, Ten Hag, and Amorim aren't "proven winner", i'm not saying they are bad manager, they're not compatible, and so far Carrick is perfect fit for the job, he literally won more points than Pep and Arteta since he appointed to lead man yanited.
