I've played games like this before. Our coaches sat in the bleachers the whole game and we coached the team ourselves. That's when I was 14.

I coached a high school team that got beat 32-0 in 5 innings. Turned out half the team was drinking out of a special thermos on the bus. I made sure both newspapers reported the score. We also lost the next game because I started all freshman and sophomores. It was fun letting all the senior's parents know why their kids were benched.

We had a coach get mad that we wouldn't do this, just a couple weeks ago... With 2 outs we had a 11 run inning, we weren't trying to run the score up, but it was pretty sad seeing him beg for us to just give up the last out

We played a team that had to be brand new and unfunded. Got up like 5 pretty fast so coach just told us to swing for the fence. Most of us struck out so we didn’t obliterate them lol.
