Ja-yoon (the girl eating egg name) didn’t accidentally get found in The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion. She escaped because she wanted a normal life, BUT she later needed the serum to survive, so she intentionally revealed herself on TV to lure the organization back to her. She pretended to have memory loss so they’d underestimate her. Even in the train scene, her eating eggs, acting innocent, and tearing up were all part of the act she was calm and in control the whole time.
