Update: It is only about 10% of heat escapes through our head(correction). But if they are wearing those heavy fur hats and trap the heat in their bodies on a hot day, there is no place for the heat to escape, the body becomes as an oven leading to heat exhaustion and fainting. If a thing is proven dangerous for humans, be it tradition or not, it must be changed. There are plenty of lighter fabrics that could be used. What if they fell over and cracked their skulls?
