The 2013 Moore EF5 tornado destroyed entire neighborhoods in minutes and tragically struck two elementary schools. Even today, many people still debate whether schools in tornado-prone areas should be required to have underground storm shelters. Some say it’s the only way to truly protect students. Others argue that the cost is too high for many districts. What do you think about this issue?
