When Martyn was announced as Shao Khan I got so stoked. He was my most anticipated part of watching the movie & he did not let me down. Shao Khan was my favorite part of the movie, esp when they chose to use the shadow shoulder ram. His fight sequences were so dope
They got the action sequences with this character right. Just the way he wields his heavy ass hammer like paperweight and the choreography with lu kang and the fatality kill was just spot on,MK fans would appreciate the effort put into this film!

This was a great mk film. im in my mid 40’s and yes i followed all the games . I was 10 when the og mk arcade hit in 92. Even as a 12-13 yr old , when the pg-13 film came out being as I was a 80’s kid growing up with the insane gore films / horror films , I was actually disappointed with the og film . Everyone loved it cuz of nostalgia, but it just isn’t my thing . I understand films change certain lore from video game adaptations, but this one …. This one was really fun , cool , and bloody f*cking time
