Corey Goldsbrough was player of the tournament at the Earlston 7s and had given 110% effort to the Melrose team at this tournament and also the day before at the Kelso 7s. He was about to go live on air on Rugby Radio to speak with Stuart McFarlane and Sam Mathews when he realised he was so exhausted that he just couldn't go ahead with the interview.
