Easy Homemade Yogurt - 3 Ingredients - Chef Clif Master Class

Food

In this Chef Clif Master Class, Chef Clif shows how to make easy homemade yogurt with just three ingredients and an Instant Pot. He walks through the full process using Fairlife milk, a little whole milk yogurt as the starter culture, and a pinch of fine salt to create a fresh, high-protein yogurt that is low in sugar and simple to make at home. Chef Clif also shows two finished styles: a regular homemade yogurt and a thicker Greek-style version strained for a richer texture. Along the way, he shares why this recipe works so well for his household, how he uses it as a sour cream substitute, and different ways to flavor it once it is done. This is a great recipe for anyone who wants a simple, high-protein staple they can make fresh every week. Follow Chef Clif for more cooking techniques, chef tips, and restaurant-quality food at home. My mom has been making yogurt and kefir at home for years in slow cookers, clay pot slow cooker and instant pots with raw milk from our local farmers. 1 cup of yogurt to 1 gallon of milk 8-10 hours at 100-120 degrees. Doesn’t always come out super thick, but you can fix that with a different starter yogurt. Not only does it taste better, it’s cheaper to make and better for your body too!

Here’s everything I used in this yogurt video 👇 Greek Yogurt Strainer: /4cztEX7 Instant Pot: /42nv16y If you’ve never made homemade yogurt before, this combo makes it EASY — super thick, creamy, and way better than store-bought. Try it out and let me know how it turns out 👇
