In Houston, we have just about all the Japanese dishes you've shown. Being a big city with many immigrants from around the world, we are lucky to have cuisines from around the world. By the way, I think Indians eat their curries (they don't call them curries, they call them by the dish names) with rice and other types of bread, not just naan. Thanks for taking us on this excellent Japanese cuisine demonstration and some history.
