I think the correction is this: "the most expensive way to start a charcoal grill" each time. For once, okay, but use a charcoal chimney and use the part of the bag to start it up!

No. lay your coals out to 1 side. Then build a miniature pyramid with hickory or oak chips on top. Light the pyramid and wait 20 mins.
