Bottom line: Evil houses are real! As real as hell. I just don't understand why some of you are asking for the part 2 of this movie when it's quite explicit. This movie is currently the reality of some people. Moreover, you don't need to delude yourself into thinking that evil Landlady or Landlord would meet their waterloo anytime soon because they still exist. That Landlady in the movie had been doing this before they packed in, and before they could pack out they had to get another victim. This only means the cycle continues. Aside from the lesson of reading agreements before signing (seeing that generally a lot of people do not have the reading culture in them), there are some houses that reading the agreement regardless, people packing into them wealthy, rich and healthy, yet pack out with a nylon bag and/or sickness. That's if they're fortunate enough to escape with their lives.
