Solo motorcycle camping by a river at the base of a vast canyon. In this video I am riding to a place that I am very fond of. It's a place that I have gone hiking around and camped at with friends for years. I had been meaning to camp out here this whole season and I finally made it happen. I couldn't have asked for better conditions- the weather was warm, wild berries were getting ripe, I didn't have to compete for a camping spot, etc.. It was super awesome and I'm glad I went. YES, big cats and Wolves scare me more than bears. Simply because they will stalk you and I still haven't heard of a bear stalking a person for a tasty snack. This is also why when I ride a solo BDR i don't camp unless I have to. I am from southern Texas where we don't have many of the big predators. I am not well seasoned in the different wildlife in other states, heck I have only been in the BDR scene since 2022, So I'm still new at that too. Thanks for another great video. I may be able to easily ride year round, but your scenery and riding options are very envious.
Now this is more like it. Dirt road into a dirt road to somewhere that has a water source. This is more of a ride that I would take. Not like that ride to the alpine lake where there was NO actual road!!!!
