Hell yeah brother. I am soon starting with driving lessons for my motorcycle license. I am from the Netherlands, i'm 25 years old and i have been very depressed for a very long time (10+years). This got to the point where i became suicidal because i had not enjoyed life for so long, i felt lonely and my one hobby had become boring to me. I spent a long time looking for something to give my life meaning again and when i thought all hope was lost, i saw a guy blasting a fast streetbike across the highway. I thought this would be fun and at the same time an exhaust pipe for my emotions. When i told people about this idea, they all said "no don't do that, you'll get yourself killed". So i dropped the idea and became more depressed than ever until i saw a video of Brent Pearsson adventure riding in Iceland and it was so beautiful, it made me cry. I won't be driving like a madman because these bikes are slower and i will be enjoying this way more because i always wanted to explore the world. My life feels worth living again. Happy men's mental health month. Thank you for this amazing video, i will come to the US one day and ride there too.

12:00 A little tip, when you lay your bike over. Before picking it up, try to put the bike into gear so it does not roll back....if you can not put it into gear, hold the front brake lever back and pick up... If you can not hold it back, use zip ties or what ever you have to pull it back.

Thank God there are people like you, allowing us to catch a glimpse of that unreal, breathtaking, and stunning beauty. From start to finish, every shot and every angle literally made me hold my breath at times, giving me goosebumps and making me reflect on who we are, our ancestors who were there first, and leaving me with a bittersweet feeling that I can't be there right now to see it with my own eyes, breathe in that air, and hear that silence. Damn. This video made me somewhat emotional. I remember when i did this 7 years ago. I sold everything and bought myself a van a took off. It was the most amazing adventure of my life, i eventually ran out of money after 2 years and ended up in San Francisco where i settled down with a girl i met. Anyways there is not a day that passes by where i don't wish i could do this again. I just wish i had the skills to capture it on film like you did.

As a motorcyclist of 35+ years and hundred of thousands of miles on 34 different motorcycles in my life, you are really a gutsy pioneer. This is the way to do it, best learner.....within reason off course. Good choice in cycle for beginning adventure where weight is most riders enemy on adventure recovering a tipped over bike.

10minutes in i’ll stop wathchjng this and continue at home on a big tv. This deserves a full immersive view😊 cant wait to watch the entirety of it!

As a 55yo rider with 40 plus years on a bike, I would NEVER recommend a new rider with no dirt experience tackle a ride like this! But I'm glad you did👍 It was hard to watch but also a great video for my partner to watch. Lots of lessons and SO MUCH inspiration. Thank you!!!

Eric I have a confession too. I am adicted to your content and I am not too macho to admit that your work has brought tears to my eyes. You are an inspiration! It is only the beginning and it is incrediblly hard to endure the wait for future episodes!

This is what actual moto veterans dream of doing, to be honest. The legend not only learned how to ride recently but he rode like a vet and conquered all terrains like a boss: rocky roads, water-filled trails, steep hills, flat tires—nothing stopped him. And What amazing drone footage captured all of nature's beauty like a professional videographer. This made my day.

As someone who has been riding, licensed and legal since 1968, I can tell you right off, your choice in your first ride is a wise one. Not because of brand, but size. Too many want the biggest, fastest bike they can afford. My first bike (I was 15) was a Harley Davidson.....125cc. Lol. Back during their days of rebadging Italian imports. It was a perfect size bike for me to learn on. Looking forward to watching the whole movie. I will add, it does not appear you are wearing an armored riding jacket. I strongly advise you to do so in the future. Your back and shoulders, when injured will haunt you for the rest of your life.
