When an officer is expediting he or she is supposed to slow down or even come to a stop at red lights . Blow through one and strike a vehicle the officer is at fault. I served from 83 to 07. It wouldn’t surprise if that has changed but it shouldn’t.

Will never understand why idiots won't slow down on snow. Or even why they're out there. I got fired once because I refused to drive 30 miles to work in a snowstorm. Filed a wrongful firing lawsuit and ended up with a years pay.
