4:55 should the opposing car have gone? probably not, but without ANY rhyme or reason cammer slowed from 35 mph to around half that as they were near the intersection, and entered at 14 mph?!! The opposing driver would have been the only excuse for this IF they had made any attempt to turn and were partially in the intersection making a left. They got absolute mixed messages from cammer seemingly stopping. My city has 'lagging left' turn arrows which turn green at the end of the green light cycle for straight traffic, which are the 'vibes' I got, which was probably not the case here. The lesson is to NOT send mixed messages in the same way we should not wave left turn drivers through gaps in traffic.
