I thought that last clip was of "pit maneuver school" and it was the officer's first time. He/she failed.

Left turn just as your light turns red is pretty common, and probably accounts for about half the cars getting smashed by someone speeding through the orange in the opposite direction. Try using the green arrow that’s just a red light away.

2:11 This one is completely on the cammer. He didn't maintain his lane on a two-lane right turn. Traffic in his lane stopped ahead of him, but that doesn't mean he can cut off the people in the other lane and force himself into it.
