#14 - why you decided to go then is beyond me. Clearly both directions had the green, and in snowy conditions, 1) youre not going to be able to accellerate quickly, and 2) the oncoming driver isnt going to be able to stop quickly. You need a driver's ed class.
#20. The driver parallel parking did everything right, even stopping first before moving ahead to back into the spot. Bumping the parked car was not good, but otherwise that's classroom-perfect parallel parking. Everyone should be aware of this possibility when there is a row of parked cars.

#20 - Yeah, the guy was an idiot, but, when you see a bunch of cars parallel parked on the road, you should be ready for him to parallel park, not just assume he's going to take the right turn. And he could have been a little aggressive parking, because he was trying to get out of your way quickly.
6:03, was able to clearly ID the tag on the car that did that jank as heck move, almost looks like a case of trying to be sly with a scam attempt.
