#19 - 6:40 - Umm cammer you are the one that has to stop the other car is in the main exit lane as you can see by the exit/entrance to your right, also your on basically a side street so to speak, in the parking lot, so it is you that has to yield to the cars that are in the main lane. If there was no exit/entrance like the next lane over then he would have to stop and yield to you, because then you are in the main lane.
