7:03 "a truck driver tried to cut off sedan" - you mean - the sedan that didn't maintain his lane? The sedan should have turned into the right most lane. He didn't. Dashcam should have exonerated the truck driver. Given how stupid cops are these days, it would be a tossup who got the ticket.

#20- The sedan was making an improper turn, trying to cut into the lane of travel for the truck. I know a lot of people do this, but it's wrong and it's likely to cause an accident.
