Clip #3 I get going easy on such a ramp. But, I suspect that not showing a front view would allow you to claim that other cars were in front of you going slow. Basically you got hit because you were crawling then braked for no apparent reason when you should have been accelerating. There was an open lane for you to merge into, instead it was crawl crawl crawl brake! Instead of crawl... Getting a giddy up and go! Yes, the person behind should have been looking ahead of them instead of looking back and to the left. That's their dumbassery yet you have your own part of that as well. #17 that's their dumbassery for not leaving enough room. Claiming "the light was yellow!" Because you slowed/stopped is them trying to blame shift. They wanted to "beat the light" you just happened to be in their way unfortunately. They were following too closely and that's that.
