honestly, one of my favourite parts of this show was Jules and Nellie, like they were so ride and die for Rachel. And fair, they only had Rachel's back for Jude, but i really found that dynamic between the 3 of them interesting and constantly shifting. I found them more interesting that her and nicky tbh
She had a sense of dread at the airport not because of the plane but because she was about to meet him and look how it all turned out just because of this one random meeting..
The sense of doom was meeting Nicky. Should have got on that plane.
When Jules announced he was getting a divorce, I honestly thought he will end up as Rachel's soulmate .🤣🤦♀️
I can’t believe how mentally weak Nicky was 🤦🏾♂️ I understand why she said no second time around
I love when the creepy or off-putting characters turn out to be the best or the most wholesome ones, like Jules and Nellie. Almost divorced yet they were soulmates and didnot question Rachel before becoming her ride or die😂😂😂
This husband made me so mad. The first sign in the opening episode when they’re going through the tunnel when he releases his breath before they got out was a nice foreshadowing that he didn’t have the stomach to follow through with the marriage. Then he only wanted to marry her at the end after his mother talked him back into it; really disliked his character. She’s not perfect but the least you’d expect from your betrothed is for them to be honest and transparent; his hiding behind his “ideas” of perfection and inability to make any choices himself makes him so unbearable.
Camila Morrone has this "Dua Lipa" vibes...
Jules made that show imo… loved his character, Nellie too. Great show. Nerve wracking from the beginning.
She doesn’t get blood from Porsia, she got it from from the witness, she cut his hand in the chapel on a champagne glass
My favorite bit from the show was how this actress and victoria pedretti looks so much alike. Even their acting style, i 100% believed they are mother daughter in the movie
Sometimes its best to nope out in the first redflag.
The father captured and killed dogs because dogs traditionally symbolise loyalty. He had been loyal to a fault and his loyalty was killing him. His attempt to catch a fox was to tame a wild “dog“ and make it his. But a fox is wise and free and would rather chew off its own paw than be captured.
It was so good! Binged it in two sessions. I was engaged from start to finish. Great cinematography, acting, music, tone, and a complete story with lots of symbolism and attention to detail!!
It’s also funny Nicky called her the Narcississt when he made her do everything she didn’t want to do. What was Even sad was seeing her die alone while Nicky didn’t confront her like his own father did to his mother crazy! 😢
Jules not dying made me love this show more. The show was peak.
It was Nick's brother who was present when Rachel was born, right? And they said something like, a shared trauma is what makes soulmates. For this reason, I was sure she would have somehow married Nick's brother.
No one wants to die alone yet everyone is afraid of being with the wrong person .
Isn't it fun how the custard guy is Death from the Supernatural franchise?
🙋🏽 Teacher, isn't that 8% of doubt? 😂
