13:03 Girl I've been having the same dermatitis on my chin too! Mine is a reaction to gluten. The dermatitis in that area is usually a symptom of a gluten allergy. Not sure if you eat gluten but worth looking into if you do eat it! Best of luck, and thanks for sharing. Love ya!
