There is NO scenario where she is not liable.
Notice how the soldier asked one specific person if 911 was called This is how it should always be done in an emergency
She made a blind turn against traffic, he had the right of way, it's on her.
She’s liable, unfortunate for the biker
That lady really tried blaming the biker after cutting him off herself 😭 Do y’all think she was genuinely confused… or just trying to avoid getting blamed? Luckily for the rider, everything was caught on camera. Credit: full video on his channel.
She nearly killed that man
The fact that traffic was stopped in a two lane roads means nothing! Some people should be forced to take the driving test again!
This is why you never let someone take a turn like this, its called a "suicide turn" for a reason.
The biker had the 'right of way'. The female driver needs to proceed with caution when crossing an intersection. Even if she was given the infamous'wave' to go through, she is responsible.
That’s a dangerous intersection where you have to cross two lanes.
The soldier is trained to move people away from danger if they are injured.
Stay safe y’all
She said the traffic was stopped, but that was only in the left lane. The right lane, where the cyclist was traveling, was still open. She failed to yield.
Learned a long time ago if a car is stopped on the outside lane with no directional on. Some ones coming across don't matter if your on a bike or in a vehicle always stop before proceeding. The life you save will most likely be your own. Ride safe out there.
Noticed she grabed his phone with that "Do you want me to call your wife", she was going to delete the videos.
Smart move not to get up. He could be more injured than i thinks. Internal bleeding is possible here. Hope he sued her.
It would be nice to see this out!
Drivers fault, not the motorcycle. Thankfully, he wasn't killed.
I love her change in attitude when she learned about the recording
oh, LITERALLY a brave soldier
