Personally, i think the best way to honor the auric bars would have been to remake the landmines and set them off, as life intended.

Question: The Terraria Wiki states that the Star deflecting 'minigame' during GFB world gen increases (among other things) the Trap generation rate, capping out at a 20% boost. Would that impact the generation rate of the Auric Land Mines? Because if it does you'd have a rough average of 240 mines per seed, likely requiring far fewer worlds to hit your benchmark, even if it took more effort per world generated.
