The coach always gets the blame,these players need to take some responsibility,but Carlton seems to be a toxic club.

For me Carlton missed an opportunity to truly change instead of blaming a coach. He was far more professional and capable than the Carlton set up.
Not the coaches fault. Their organization is culturally broken. You bring a coach in and when they do not thrive you fire them, so you bring in a new coach and they don't thrive so you fire them, so you bring in a new coach and then they don't thrive.... Carlton, it's not them, its YOU.
I think the players need to take a good look at themselves , the fade outs in every game this season is a plight on them , Voss can only lead them to the fountain but if they refuse to drink from it then thats on them . If i was an aspiring AFL coach Carlton would be the last club I’d want to coach . I have been a Carlton supporter for over 50 years and i feel for Michael Voss , he has done a job with the little talent available and i think he has been thrown under the bus. Recruit some decent players and put in some basic structures that players can get behind and maybe Carlton can rebuild some pride back this season . As for Voss he should retire from the game and live a stress free life with his family .

Drop 4 or 5 senior players, bring in some VFL players who WANT TO BUST THEIR GUTS to prove themselves. The current AFL GROUP are overpayed egomaniacs most of which CAN'T PLAY 4 QUARTERS, drop them and if they don't perform in the VFL get rid of them. Voss has ALWAYS HAD HIS PREFERRED GROUP OF PLAYERS, the others know that and they play accordingly.
Josh Fraser could do this. He's a student of the game. Has worked hard as is not an arrogant tosser
