"And then be that list" Welp that took a turn lol. Was not expecting that.
My dad always said everyone wants the perfect person but they never want to be the perfect person that really inspired me to better myself for others
Don't find someone who just makes you happy find someone who makes you a better person
"And then be that list," that hits hard and very enlightening. Thanks again.
Worst: Make it work no matter the situation. Best: Find someone who challenges you to be the best version of yourself, but won't bully you into being someone else.
That "be that list" is such a great twist and an honest advice to apply tbh. Because you simply can't demand something from someone if you aren't capable of delivering the same thing. And if "you are" that list, then the process of dating gets easier because you get to save your energy.
Be that , be what l look for... Awesome advice
his 'best relationship' advice was fabulous. it's called 'taking responsibility.'
True That. The first part. Heard it so many times. Its not great to be in that position. You marry Someone who loves you immensely and you don't feel the same and you feel bad for not being able to give back the love you are receiving. :(
If you want to find a 10, you must become a 10
this got me in the feels. the guy asking the questions is so gorgeous!
"Find someone who loves you more than you love them." Here is my perspective; if you know you're generally the type to prioritize your partner's needs and have this nurturing personality towards your lover but these same things were hardly reciprocated in your past relationships then I honestly see where this advice may come in handy.. I mean everyone deserves to experience the positive things they contribute in their relationship be reciprocated. It's like hey I am a passionate lover, natural giver but it will be great to find someone who loves me more than I love them, so I do not "overdo" things in my relationship.
My Mum always used to say that about #1. But after 30 yrs, I discovered it is true because you will grow to love that person. ❤
Leaving a relationship you’re not happy in is much easier than emotionally damaging someone. But selfish people don’t get that

The best advice I ever heard was to love myself first before I love another
Thank you so much for posting this💯
My best advice was find someone who loves you at your worst
Mine would be; Love yourself enough to have a defined relationship with the person you want. Make sure there's an alignment to vision and set your priorities right. You both should also be ready to put in work.
