Beautiful Sharon… Thank you for this platform and for hosting me. You have a lot of value to give. It takes alot to be vulnerable and to open up for the sake of helping other people. You are doing Gods work. Be blessed ❤️
Thank you so much for sharing...I'd also like to bring to light another indicator of a toxic trait called Stonewalling: A communication behaviour characterized by a person's refusal to engage, discuss, or respond to their partner during a conflict or disagreement. It involves deliberately shutting down communication and emotionally withdrawing from a conversation. This behavior is highly detrimental to relationships, particularly in intimate or close settings such as marriage.
Wow just finished watching . It was great . lesson," if you make your home in another person, you give them the power to make you homeless." Make yourself the home, know your values and write them , know what makes you happy. ❤❤❤
I'm loving the guests Sharon plus the diverse conversations. This is my favorite season so far.
It's illegal for today’s podcast to be this short😂😂😂😂....
I once dated a narcissist but lemme tell you, breaking up with a narcissist is a blessing in disguise
If dating a narcissist is horrific, try coming from a narcissistic family 🙀
I knew i was in the right relationship when being me was accepted.
She helped me move from a toxic relationship ❤🎉
About praying for the man you want , Muthoni is absolutely right God is faithful he never disappoints those who put trust in them
I reckon with Sharon about praying for the guy you want. God hears and He will give you that ideal guy meant for you. ❤
Nothing will change until you face yourself. Until you hold a mirror up and see that you are in a pattern and you are enabling the pattern you won't get unstuck.
beautiful topic, i dated narcissist for 18 years, hoping he will growup one day maybe he was just being childish, but the minute i knew the narcissist word, i run and nver looked back
"Ati dress more like kambua" 😂😂😂sharon yenyewe umekapitia..
I loved the episode so much, and I definitely agree with the idea of soul ties, I know that, it's usually a tricky topic to unpack but I also believe that life is spiritual and soul ties are real. So as much as we do the self work, it's important for us to pray and involve God in everything we do.
I learnt about this in 3rd year of campus... let me tell you, maina I was deep into a toxic relationship.. and yes, I never left. I stayed for like a month, and then I left. Then I started working on me, and I started attracting better friendships and guys.
I enjoyed this. People are getting in relationship just for the sake of it. Don't be a stereo dater. Be single for a long time , Get to know who you are first before jumping into a relationship. Be whole on your own and don't expect someone to make you whole .
I was married to a narcissist who came from a narcissistic family. When I I started pointing out what he was doing to me they took his side and made me feel soooooooo small. They blamed me and said men are like that and that it's my responsibility as a wife to make my marriage work
I wish I would have seen this last year,I was in the worst relationship but still convinced myself all will be well. I am glad I got the courage to leave. It was the best decision I ever made. This is very good. Ladies out there should watch this. You go girl❤
Abuse in whatever form (Emotional, financial, physical) is enough for you to leave that relationship.
