I see a new new fabulous closet. As you get older you will realize that having genuine friend is better than creating friendships. As you get older your title changes wife, mom, caregiver and only those who’ve been on the journey with you will understand in one word without an entire conversation. Your friend will have your husband phone number to help plan a surprise for you, your friend will pick up your kid from school if you’re running late, your friend will be an additional emergency contact. Nurture the friends you have because they eventually become family.

I get this. Me and mom have had 2 completely different relationships as ive become the woman i am today. When i was younger she had the toughest exterior. And as i got older i wanted her to be more of friend and i began to tell her how i felt toward her in a respectful way and surprisingly she softened. What she called sensitive, she now understands is hurting my feelings. In some ways ive become the hard one and shes telling me i hurt her feelings(which is ironic).I began to compare my relationship with mom with how others relate to their mom and it hindered out relationship for sometime. I thank God he pulled the wool from my eyes and showed me every relationship has a Godly purpose. Im just happy i get to experience my mom.
It’s harder making friends older because it actually takes effort and discernment. We ask ourselves questions like do we actually have things in common? When we were younger it was just about having the same classes😂. You’re not alone girlie! All the best on anni vacation.

I kept looking for your new vlog. I'm glad you're doing good and getting help from a therapist. More people need to embrace therapy and society should remove the stigma of seeing a therapist. I think it's good to discover what is bothering you and healing from the things that make us scared, anxious, sad or angry.
