All Backend and Frontend tasks revolves around crud operation. It’s easy to write small scale frontend and backend logic but as your application grows more things come into picture like caching, telemetry, logging, monitoring, performance etc.

Personal experience here: I have a lot of experience in front-end and I decided to learn back-end (Node). In the beginning i tought it would be easy, but back-end has to deal with a lot of responsibilities, just like front-end.

It depends on the project. In some large-scale projects where there are a lot of business rules, the backend is much harder, while the frontend mainly involves reusing the same components and building the UI.
