Probably better to focus on SQL then mongoDb, like start with simple sqlite MongoDb is good for unstructured data and is easy to pick up, just still niche. I’d expect any full stack dev to know SQL

Vue offers a very easy jump to using a framework, by allowing you to include it via a script tag in a single HTML document. This allows you to do reactive and component based stuff, without having to fully commit to a whole SPA node project. I don't know if of react or angular offer something similar.

I feel like after studying basics of html css and js youve to go to node js since its plain js with some new features to learn, by this your js skill will improve a lot and then picking a framework like react gets much easier
