interesting you went for ChatGPT as your all arounder. For my work, I tend tot find Gemini the good middle ground. It's generous for the price and versatile for me WITHOUT Google's ecosystem. I like ChatGPT too but I tend to use it less and Claude is my favorite AI of all. I wrap them all in open web ui with api keys and it's a great work flow for me.

I’m deeply embedded in the Google ecosystem, but I can’t justify paying for yet another one of their services. Honestly, I just don’t trust them anymore. I’ve had devices sit for 10 years because Google abandoned them — without GPT, they’d sit for another ten. I don’t want things that matter to me to become just another forgotten project. Google has been flat-out lazy, and it frustrates me because otherwise, they’d be the perfect solution.

They all have pros cons, Calude is insanely expensive if you have large tasks and using it for coding. Gemini sucks at coding but good at other things and a bit cheaper, but they also introduced this crazy price recently. time will tell..

I work with Claude & MS Excel. Sometimes Claude is amazing with Excel & other times it acts like a drunk & gets even the simple things wrong. I don't get it.
